Fortalis Apparel Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Fortalis Apparel, a business based in the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of Fortalis Apparel, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Entry Period

The Promotion begins on 15 October 2025 and ends on 22 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Like the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.

  2. Follow @FortalisApparel on Instagram or Facebook.

  3. Comment the word “gym” on the giveaway post.

Entries must comply with all Instagram terms and conditions.
Multiple comments or entries will not increase your chances of winning. Only one entry per eligible participant will be counted.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive three (3) shirts of their choosing from Fortalis Apparel’s available inventory.

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): varies based on selection.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

  • Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) within 48 hours after the Promotion Period ends.

  • Winners must respond within 72 hours of receiving the notification or the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

9. Publicity

By entering, winners grant Fortalis Apparel permission to use their name, likeness, and social media handle for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fortalis Apparel is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any other errors beyond its control. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Fortalis Apparel and Instagram from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Fortalis Apparel and not to Instagram or Facebook.

12. Governing Law

This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
